How to create a DAO using the Aragon Client?

Child DAOs
It is becoming clear for myself and other organisations I support that we do not want to create a DAO for their entire organisation yet, but it would be better to create a main governance DAO to run the vital financial decisions and then possibly Child DAOs which are more open to the public to direct proposals.
I think that will make the transition of many membership organisations to DAOs more possible.
How could we create Child DAOs with Aragon, using Client or other tools in the ecosystem?
