Moving funds out of Aragon Court

We have had issues with people unstaking ANT & this thread is here to support their needs
this came in from a thread and we’re going to work to resolve this in public to help anyone else who may have an issue

“I am already active, trying to go inactive. in website it was mentioned to get staking for ANT you need to activate. So, I took my ANJ and lost money in transfer to ANT latest version and transferred to court.aragon.org and paid court fees (another $600) and finally active state x 4 month and yet no staking money at all and no votes”

I have my ANT stuck! court fees, and no staking reward, and no VOTES for staking! it’s JUST JAILED!

This is THEFT.

I demand release of my ANT … I am willing to pay GAS fees AGAIN… but … at lease release my ANT!

court.aragon wants me to spend $600 for court fees when I already have spent that much to become active… this is to inactivate to allow removal!!

UNACCEPTABLE. THIS IS THEFT.

RELEASE MY FUND IMMEDIATELY.

I am trying to INACTIVATE my ANT in court.aragon.org

in doing so it wants 74 court fees of $720 !!! in ETH. NOT gas… but court fees!

I am trying to inactivate and save my left over ANT but that would cost me 720$ JUST more court fees!!!
not to mention ETH gas fee in withdrawal.
THIS IS THEFT by ARAGON. WANT MY ANT INACTIVATED AND AM WILLING TO PAY FOR MY GAS FEES OUT.

Dear Dralibak,

I hear your concerns and want you to know that the Aragon community takes these issues seriously. As a member of dtech (a small group within Aragon focused on supporting users and liaising with the Aragon Association) I’m working to coordinate a professional response to this issue so that we both address your concerns as well as some of the underlying causes that led to these outcomes.

In fairness we are all collaborating in what is still a massive global thought experiment, and there are no guarantees of success. Most of us are here because we believe in testing these experiments and pushing the boundaries of what seemed possible even a few years ago.

I’m certainly not trying to lecture or dismiss your concerns - you have every right to believe that things could be better and I believe we will do better - starting with you

I appreciate your continued patience, and am putting this note in here to acknowledge you personally while we work to improve our product and process.
